THE SOCIAL BUTTERFLY ( Nazia Malik)

It was some seven years back that Nazia forayed into the world of fashion designing. On being in showzib she says, "It is a good way of earning a quick buck but my passion remains designing. But don't start thnking I'm about to leave showbiz for I have no such intentions," She smile.

We have been seeing Nazia trying to coerce us into buying some product or the other on television; and then she looks you straight in the eye out of some glossy or the other yet, the lass refuses to be called a model. "No !NO!No!I cannot be labelled a model! I am not interested in catwalk or fashion photography. What I do like to call myself is an actor and an anchor person. I love to work as a host, especially in live shows, they rally get me going. These days I'm doing live sehri/iftar shows on quite a few local channels," clarifies Nazia.
I have done commercials I admit but I am not in the catwalk scene at all because I am a fahion designer and would much rather see our beautiful models adorming my clothes on the ramp," she quips. Wanting to delve more about her designing she enthusiastically continues.

Sophiya

This sultry siren has been on the fashion scene for the last threee years. While some fail to make an impression even in thirty years, others make you sit up and notice early on in their career. Sophiya is one of those lucky few who make a lasting first impression. A pilot by profession, modelling was something she wanted to give a shot for "fun sake". The fun activity soon became a time-consuming one for her. Before she knew it, Sophiya was inundated with modelling, hosting and acting offers from various quarters. The gir has not only proven herself to be a striking ramp model but also a reliable face for TVCs and a stylish and educated host. She wears shalwar kameez on off days.

FIZA ALI ( THE GIRL-NEXT DOOR)

Fiza Ali all came on the scene some five years ago. It was her trim figure and tall. slender frame that had she finally did. After doing quite a few still to opt for modelling, which she finally did. After doing quite a few still shoots and television commercials she decided to dabble in acting and to her surprise she had a ball during the production of the TV serial she was featured in. Her girl-next-door persona made her an instant hit with the masses. The girl was hooked for good and so we saw her appear in many a TV drama. Recently, the girl tied the knot and is now happily settled in Lahore.
