It is reported that the relationship between Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif is extremely rocky at present. According to sources, Salman did not even bother to stay in touch with Kat while he was shooting for Veer at Jodhpu. Katrina seems to be still hoping for things to work out between them but Salman has been behaving oddly.A friend says that, "Salman hardly talks to Katrina even when she is with him. Periods of cold silence in any relatinship signal that the couple has drifted apart and this is the last thing Katrina wants in her life." According to well-wishers, the root cause is that Salman wants to control Katrina's life and whom she gets friendly with and since he is unable to do that, he has stted, in no uncertain terms, that she too shouldn't question him about anyting.
According to the source, Salman now feels that he should get married but to someone who is willing to be a perfect housewife and not an independent woman.
